Blackwell Enterprises was founded in 1983 when Bob “Bobcat” Blackwell began providing
land preparation and planting services for farmers in the south-central Oklahoma
area who were participating in the Conservation Reserve Program in conjunction with
the Soil Conservation Service.
Through the years, the company has grown and expanded its line of services to include
pipeline and right of way restoration. In 1998, Blackwell Enterprises began providing
pipeline right of way restoration services to the pipeline construction industry.
Since that time we have successfully completed pipeline restoration projects in
all types of terrain and weather conditions from Florida to Utah, New York to Nevada,
South Texas to North Dakota and in many places in between.
